Hello Rapha Restored Family! ALL of your book orders will process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Please allow 1-3 days for ORDER PROCESSING PRIOR TO SHIPPING. You will receive order tracking information, once your order has shipped. Allow 5 - 7 days for shipping based on USPS shipping standards.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item please CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY at info@blackphoenixreadingrebirth.com. Give us 24 hours to respond to your emails. We aim to correct the situation and keep you all as BPB Family.

Note: WE CAN NOT TAKE ACTION AFTER AN ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED, so changes of heart about the product or alterations to an address you have entered cannot be accommodated and may accrue a RESTOCKING FEE OF $5.00.

RESTOCKING FEE

Returns that are not the result of our error may be subject to a restocking fee of $5.00 per item sent by Standard Shipping.

If the item is returned to us for any of the following reasons, a restocking fee will be applied to your refund total:

Item(s) no longer needed or wanted.
Item(s) returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address.
Item(s) returned to us that were not a result of our error.
